AHEAD operates as aprofessional services agency, providing strategy, marketing, creative, andintelligence-led consulting services. We work primarily with internal teams andtrusted collaborators across Spain,the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Our activities do notinvolve manufacturing, physical production chains, or labor-intensive supplymodels typically associated with higher risks of modern slavery. Our work ispredominantly knowledge-based and delivered by skilled professionals.
While our operational modelrelies mainly on internal expertise, we collaborate with external partners suchas designers, developers, production studios, digital platforms, and serviceproviders.
We are committed to:
· Workingwith partners who share our zero-tolerance stance toward forced labor and humantrafficking
· Encouragingethical labor practices and compliance with applicable laws
· Addressingand escalating concerns if any part of our extended network is found to beinconsistent with our values
As AHEAD continues to grow,we aim to:
· Incorporateethical and human rights considerations into partner selection processes
· Includeappropriate clauses related to labor practices and human rights in keyagreements, where relevant
· Fosterinternal awareness around ethical conduct and responsible business practices
